What happens if your company hasn’t received the FPX payment confirmation, but I have received my FPX payment confirmation. What should I do?

The FPX transaction status is final and we will take your receipt as confirmation. You must show us the online receipt issued by FPX or the email notification received, which needs to clearly show:

  • FPX Transaction ID
  • Merchant Order No.
  • Payment confirmation and amount
  • Date and time of the payment.
